Witnesses told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that a 30- year old-man Azad Ahmad of Mahrajpora, Sopore allegedly hanged himself inside his home during the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday. However, Family members of the youth after spotting their son hanging inside his room, immediately rushed him to the Sub-District hospital Sopore where doctors declared him brought dead. A police officer while confirming the incident to—KNO said a case has been registered in police station Sopore .
